Creative Designer Lead

About the job

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to lead Social Content design, UI/UX, Branding & Packaging at Effora. This role focuses on building strong brand presence and delivering seamless design experiences touchpoints. You will translate our brand vision into compelling, consistent visual identities and designs that work across product packaging, and communication assets

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Communication

• Develop brand identities and ensure consistent application across channels
• Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches

Packaging Design

• Design innovative, functional, and premium packaging for Beauty & Appliance Category
• Work with vendors to ensure quality and timely production of packaging materials

Visual Merchandising (VM):

• Design and implement in-store display strategies to enhance retail experience
• Create planograms, window displays, and seasonal in-store themes

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, retail, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences

Team & Vendor Management

• Manage internal design resources and external vendors for packaging and VM production

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in branding, packaging design, and visual merchandising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging innovation and retail VM design
• Excellent understanding of brand systems and storytelling
• Knowledge of production processes for packaging and retail displays
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant 3D visualization tools (preferred)
