Credit Controller

Overview My client are well recognised manufacturer of water boosting and pump solutions and are currently needing an experienced Credit Controller to join the business. They are looking for someone who has good credit control experience, is organised, and has excellent communication skills. Credit Controller • Permanent • Gloucester Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue invoices through various communication methods Assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and evaluate financial risk through credit checks Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate credit control records Produce reports on aged debt, cash collection, and overall credit exposure Collaborate with internal teams, negotiate payment plans, and escalate high-risk or problematic accounts Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience in credit control Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good problem-solving skills Good organization skills Good knowledge of sage 200 and excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
