Sales Admin & Customer Service Representative

Role Impact
The Sales Admin & Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers and a key support partner to the sales team. This role drives revenue growth through responsive communication, accurate quoting, and effective appointment scheduling. Success is defined by exceptional customer service, strong follow-through, and seamless coordination between sales, production, and installation to deliver high-quality kitchen, bath, and countertop solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Field inbound calls, respond to product inquiries, and schedule appointments for the sales team in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare accurate, timely quotes for call-in and walk-in customers; follow up on open quotes and sales leads to maximize close rates.
• Coordinate installation schedules and serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain working knowledge of quartz, granite, marble, porcelain, and related kitchen and bath materials, as well as manufacturing capabilities and local competition.
• Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, installation, and accounting to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in sales or customer service, within residential construction, repair, or remodel environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and prepare material take-offs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and conflict resolution skills with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Quoting and bid preparation systems
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of interior design concepts, including color coordination with flooring, tile, cabinetry, and countertop materials.
• Experience meeting with walk-in customers to review bids and address project questions.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
