Most CSM roles have you managing accounts, this one has you guiding the world's largest enterprises through a fundamental shift in how they run security operations.

One of the most exciting Agentic AI cybersecurity startups to emerge from stealth this year needs its first CSM, the critical bridge between a platform that eliminates manual security operations and the enterprise customers betting on it.

What we need:

5+ years customer success or account management — cybersecurity preferred Strong technical aptitude, comfortable in complex enterprise environments Proven at turning early skeptics into vocal product advocates

Maps large organizations and builds relationships at every level

Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes, early-stage environments

What you'll own:

Full customer lifecycle — activation, adoption, renewal and expansion

Strategic roadmaps that drive maximum platform value per account

Key relationships with Engineering and security program owners

Early churn signals — spotted and acted on before they become problems Voice of the customer directly into product, engineering and marketing

Legacy SaaS CSM roles are maintenance, this one shapes a category.
