Customer Success Manager – AI SaaS (ERP Transformation) Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid, occasional travel) Salary: $90K-120K base ($130K-160K OTE) Type: Full-time Auxo is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a fast-scaling AI startup that’s redefining how enterprise technology projects are delivered. The company is building an AI-native project platform that automates the most complex ERP transformation processes, cutting implementation time, cost, and risk for global organizations. Backed by recent funding and rapid growth, they’re expanding their sales team to accelerate adoption in the US market.
What You’ll Do Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end (onboarding → expansion) Act as the main point of contact and run structured check-ins and reviews Drive product adoption across teams, projects, and workflows Identify expansion opportunities and define clear next steps for each account Proactively identify churn risks and act with a concrete plan Lead implementations and ensure strong follow-through on initiatives Triage, reproduce, and communicate product issues with engineering Bring structured insights and context into internal account reviews Document customer feedback and contribute to product improvements Help build and refine Customer Success processes and playbooks Who You Are 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally working with complex technical solutions. Strong ownership mindset; you take initiative and follow through Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts without dropping details Clear and structured communicator (customer → product → engineering) Hands‑on and execution‑driven, not just strategic Comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment Curious about complex systems (ERP / enterprise environments) Bias toward action; you don’t wait for direction to move things forward Nice to Have Experience in ERP, AI SaaS, or digital transformation industries. Background in consulting, IT services, or enterprise software implementation.
