Position Title: Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention within an early-stage startup environment. This position involves managing a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, and facilitating smooth operational processes. The candidate will work closely with both clients and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. A proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this dynamic role. Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 / Hour DOE

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Address day-to-day customer needs and issues
  • Collaborate with operations and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth order, shipment, and inventory processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and customer experience enhancements
  • Manage client communication and expectations
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and inventory
  • Monitor performance and identify potential problems early
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Onboard new clients and provide training on processes
  • Maintain updated records and account notes
  • Support upsell opportunities
  • Participate in client calls and account reviews
Customer Success Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency with Slack, MS Office, ticketing systems, WMS dashboards, and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn internal tools
  • Experience supporting e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL customers is preferred
