Job Title: Assistant Manager – Customer Success
Location: Chennai
No’s of Positions: 2
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, ensuring retention and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct daily/weekly client visits, NPS surveys, and performance reviews to optimise ETS delivery.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., EV fleets, ESG reporting) and collaborate with sales/ops teams.
• Handle escalations, coordinate with vendors/drivers, and maintain detailed CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).
• Drive continuous improvement through client feedback, service SLAs, and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
• 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or client relations (BFSI/IT/ITES preferred).
• Proven track record in mobility/logistics or service industries with high client interaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness for local/inter-city travel; proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant certification a plus.
