Data Analyst

Responsibilities

This role focuses on developing and optimizing SQL-based data solutions, building SSRS reports, and creating Power BI dashboards to support enterprise analytics. It involves ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability across large healthcare datasets while applying data warehousing best practices and maintaining consistent KPI logic.

The position also requires working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI), troubleshooting data and reporting issues, and performing root-cause analysis. Success in the role depends on strong collaboration with technical, product, and clinical stakeholders, clear communication, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality, end-to-end data solutions.

Requirements

This role requires strong SQL expertise, experience with SSRS and Power BI, and a solid foundation in data warehousing and Azure-based data environments. Candidates should be skilled in analyzing and validating data, translating ambiguous requirements into structured solutions, and working with healthcare or clinical data models.
