This role focuses on managing data, reports, and dashboards that support financial reporting, MIS, and business reviews. The position requires strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL, with a clear understanding of finance-driven data. What to expect in your journey Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS and financial reports for leadership and clients Build and manage Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and reporting Analyze datasets to derive insights and support business decisions Use SQL to extract and validate data from multiple sources Ensure data accuracy through cleaning, reconciliation, and validation Support periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements Identify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting structures Document reporting logic and maintain audit-ready processes Provide user support for reports, dashboards, and tools Drive process improvements and optimize reporting efficiency What you bring to the table Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Excel development, MIS, data analysis, or financial reporting, preferably within a financial or real estate environment.

Strong command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS). Practical experience with Power BI for dashboards and management reports. Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation.
