Data Analyst (finance Department)

• Maintain and develop financial reporting for all business units (Product, Marketing, HQ)
• Analyze key metrics such as First Cash, Bookings, Refunds, and Revenue
• Supervise the revenue recognition process and adapt it for new products
• Automate financial reports and processes using modern tools (PySpark, Airflow, Tableau)
• Develop dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, collaborating closely with the CFO

• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business processes
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytics and automation
• Working experience with analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, PySpark, Airflow)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Familiarity with educational products
• Ability to independently analyze data and generate hypotheses
• Experience with PySpark
