🔸Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Junior Data Analyst for a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. You will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and insights that help improve performance, content strategy, and business outcomes.
Daily responsibilities include data cleaning, data validation, exploratory data analysis, reporting, and assisting in building data-driven insights using analytical tools and techniques.
🔸Key Responsibilities
•Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
•Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
•Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders
•Support business teams with data-driven decision-making
•Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
•Assist in automating reports and improving data workflows
•Work with large datasets and structured/unstructured data
•Collaborate with teams in an Agile work environment
🔸Skills Required
•Strong understanding of Data Analysis fundamentals
•Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
•Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and data extraction
•Hands-on experience or familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboards and visualizations
•Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data analysis
•Basic understanding of statistics (mean, median, variance, correlation, regression basics)
•Experience with data cleaning, data preprocessing, and validation techniques
•Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
•Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
🔸Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related data-focused field
