Must-Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering on the Azure platform Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory pipelines, triggers and monitoring Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark for large-scale data processing Solid understanding of Delta Lake and medallion architecture patterns Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and scripting Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) and Blob Storage Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps and Git Strong understanding of data modelling concepts - dimensional, normalized, and flat schemas QualifikationenGood to Have Exposure to streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka or Azure Event Hubs Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates or Terraform Understanding of data security best practices, RBAC, and Azure Key Vault Experience with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.
