Data Analyst

Position: Data Analyst Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary Detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in data management, reporting, and operational support. Skilled in handling large datasets, maintaining data accuracy, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions. Proficient in Excel-based analysis, MIS reporting, and working with CRM and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas) for analysis Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Support CRM data handling, record updates, and internal tracking systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting and operational requirements Assist in process improvement by identifying data gaps and inefficiencies Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations for management decision-making Ensure timely delivery of reports with high attention to detail
