Data Engineer

Traditional DS is only required (Statistical models and other models). No NLP or Gen AI/ML. Job is majorly on Number side.

Strong in calculations i.e. Mathematics side. Work will be on Dynamic Pricing Models and Revenue Management Systems.

Since from customer end, the actual data is around “Finance”, need to understand the in and out of how the $ figure flowing around the system(s). SQL skill is must. Understand DBMS/RDBMS concepts.

Data optimization, performance tuning, deadlock/transactions, dependencies, etc. Should troubleshoot & debug on data discrepancies, duplicates, erroneous data, etc., and providing the solutions. Python, Pyspark is must.

Good exposure on ETL/ELT side. ADF/ADLS. Good to have one or more skills around Power BI, Tablue, Qlik.

Good to have Databricks (not mandatory). Communication & analytical skills is required.
