As they scale to meet the demands of a complex global economy, their data infrastructure must be world‑class, reliable, and lightning‑fast. You will join a specialized Financial Infrastructure team to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of critical data products.

This isn't just about maintaining pipelines; it’s about migrating complex logic to the streaming layer to eliminate bottlenecks and enable real‑time decision‑making. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and business value. By creating a single source of truth for North Star metrics, you will directly influence how products evolve and how the business supports thousands of global merchants.

Design and implement high-performance, scalable data models using dbt and Snowflake. Migrate existing business logic from dbt/SQL into stream‑processing environments. Build and manage Looker structures to empower teams with self‑serve analytics.

Partner with Product and Data Science to define tracking and core business metrics. Take full ownership of the health, monitoring, and deployment of critical pipelines. Champion data governance by implementing testing, documentation, and peer reviews.

Use tools like Datadog, ArgoCD, and Terraform to ensure robust operational standards. Improve and automate engineering workflows to drive team efficiency. Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (ideally dbt).

Experience with cloud data warehousing, specifically Snowflake or similar environments. Ability to manage the software development lifecycle using Git and CI/CD principles. A proactive mindset with a focus on data integrity and high‑quality documentation.

Nice to Have Familiarity with stream‑processing frameworks like Apache Flink. Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow. Knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or Kubernetes.
