We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that support the organization’s analytics and business intelligence needs.
This role plays a critical part in building robust data pipelines, integrating APIs, and ensuring high-quality data accessibility across the enterprise. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and analytics teams to enhance data models, optimize reporting, and support data-driven decision‑making. You will work with cutting‑edge cloud technologies and data mesh architectures to deliver insights that drive operational excellence.

Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to manage growing data volume and complexity. Build and integrate APIs to support internal and external data consumption.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models and support business intelligence tools. Implement monitoring systems to ensure data quality and accuracy across all production data sources. Work with engineering teams and business units to define long‑term data platform strategy.
Perform root‑cause analysis on data and processes to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Support data initiatives for machine learning, reporting, financial analysis, and marketing optimization. Requirements BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of Python experience and 5+ years of SQL experience. 3+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling. 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, Lambda, RDS, Step Functions, and Redshift. 5+ years of experience developing data pipelines with PySpark or AWS Glue; AWS Certification preferred.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Preferred: experience with MSSQL, SSIS, SQL Studio, cloud development (AWS/GCP), data lakes, data warehouses, streaming platforms, and public records integration.
