We love that you are…Bachelor’s or master’s degree holder in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.An experienced data engineering professional with 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.Highly skilled in Azure Data Services (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse) with a strong understanding of data architecture, modelling, and data warehousing concepts.Experienced with containerisation, analytics platforms, and modern data governance, quality, and observability practices.A proven strategic and organisational leader, with experience managing multiple teams, platforms, or domains.An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage confidently at executive level.Demonstrably capable of leading through change, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business and customer value.Comfortable working in a virtual, multicultural, and agile environment.
