Description

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Printing and Reproduction Specialist to support high-volume document production and distribution operations in a fast-paced government environment.

This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the Washington, DC area.

The Printing and Reproduction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting mission-critical operations by delivering high-quality print products, managing production workflows, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requests. This role requires strong technical expertise in digital printing systems, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple jobs with varying priorities.

This position supports a Government printing and distribution center responsible for producing a wide range of materials including official documents, publications, and specialty print products. The Specialist contributes to efficient operations that enable timely communication and administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing data entry activities with a high degree of accuracy
  • Reviewing records and supporting documentation for completeness and correctness
  • Processing, reviewing, and verifying data using multiple systems, including mainframe applications and document management platforms
  • Verifying claims data against multiple sources through both manual and automated methods
  • Indexing claims and associated documentation
  • Applying established policies and procedures to all data entry and verification activities
  • Conducting provider or stakeholder outreach as required
  • Monitoring assigned activities to ensure completion within established deadlines
  • Performing quality control reviews to confirm adherence to expectations
  • Completing additional administrative and data entry tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data entry, processing, review, and verification functions
  • Working knowledge of claims documentation, including CMS‑1500 and UB‑04 (CMS‑1450) forms
  • Experience using multiple processing and document management systems, including Datacap, Provider Enrollment Portal, and File Director
  • Ability to verify and reconcile data across various sources
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to apply written policies and procedures consistently
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines

Background Investigation:


This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
