Data Scientist

For a Company operating in the field of Anti Financial Crime transformation projects, we are looking for a Data Scientist (mid-level) to join a dynamic, AI-focused team dedicated to delivering tangible business value through innovative technologies. In this role, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of AI initiatives: from data exploration and preparation to model development, deployment, and the creation of intelligent agents. You will work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, engaging with real-world use cases across sectors such as financial services, insurance, and public administration, with opportunities to expand into additional industries.

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent practical experience) 2+ years of professional experience in developing AI/ML solutions using Python or similar languages Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and common AI models Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with DevOps practices Basic understanding of data architectures, including relational databases, messaging systems, and distributed environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience in building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain or similar Experience in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) Technical Skills Strong programming skills in Python (or equivalent languages) Hands-on experience with key libraries and frameworks such as (or equivalents): Pandas, NumPy Scikit-learn TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras Basic proficiency in SQL Languages: Mandatory: English, fluent written and spoken; Optional: other European language
