Our practice addresses opportunities across: Business intelligence & visualization Data management Performance management Next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning Your Work Profile As a Senior Consultant in our T&T Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients, exceeding client expectations. Key Expectations: Senior Consultant level Locations: Hyderabad | Pune | Bangalore | Mumbai | Delhi NCR Proficient in Python development and comfortable with both theory and hands-on implementation of ML and Generative AI techniques Experience calling large language models (LLMs) via APIs , using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph , and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Ability to design and troubleshoot logical problems, clustering, and supervised learning algorithms Basic SQL skills for querying structured and semi-structured data, with familiarity in BigQuery Solid foundation in core data-science concepts, statistics, and fundamental statistical principles Core Skill Set: Deep understanding of LLM architecture and operation Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to problem-solving Proven capability to deliver end-to-end solutions independently Primary Responsibilities Extend the contact-center technology stack from on-premise to cloud, integrating real-time or batch AI services Develop, deploy, and monitor models for audio-data processing, NLP, and unstructured-data analysis (e.g., speech-to-text, call summarization, quality monitoring) Build and maintain guardrails to ensure model reliability, fairness, and compliance Produce knowledge-article summaries and actionable insights from call data to support decision-making Desired Outcomes: Seamless AI integration within the contact-center workflow, delivering accurate, timely insights from voice and textual data Robust, production-ready models that can be monitored and iteratively improved Work on AI whispering, knowledge-article summarization, call quality monitoring, audio-to-text processing, document/metaphor data analysis, and model monitoring using guardrails Expectations for Deloitte People We expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues most important for clients, people, and society .
