The Role (TL;DR): We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our cross-functional pods. You will build and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models (like SentenceBERT) and predictive algorithms to optimize job embeddings, occupation classification, and applicant forecasting.

What You’ll Do:Develop and fine-tune language-agnostic embedding models to process millions of job postings.Work with transfer learning models and predictive techniques (XGBoost, gradient boosting) to lower Cost-Per-Applicant (CPA) for our clients.Partner directly with Product Managers and Software Engineers in decentralized, semi-autonomous pods to push code into production.Identify opportunities to use AI/ML to eliminate bias in recruitment advertising.

What You Bring:Proven experience in building machine learning models, specifically in NLP and predictive analytics.Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Gensim).Experience with big data frameworks and deploying models into cloud environments.A "can-do" mindset and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems.
