Job Description
This job will develop and implement data science models and algorithms to support business needs. You will work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Your role involves ensuring data quality, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data science models and algorithms.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets.

- Perform advanced statistical analysis and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to monitor payments risk trends.
- Support development and maintenance of KRIs and KPIs using transactional data.
- Analyze data to identify anomalies and assist in surfacing potential emerging risks.
- Prepare summaries and reporting materials for senior stakeholders and risk committees.
- Support impact assessments, analytical deep-dives, and regulatory or scheme-driven requests.
- Assist in monitoring payments risks across the payments lifecycle.
- Partner with first-line teams to support tracking of remediation actions.
- Contribute to risk governance activities, including reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights with guidance from senior team members.
- Experience analyzing large datasets (payments or fintech experience preferred but not required).
- Working proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
