Key ResponsibilitiesService & Operations ManagementOversee end-to-end data center facilities operations, including planning, maintenance, and documentationLead on-site operations teams to ensure uptime and operational readiness of mission-critical infrastructureDrive adherence to ITIL processes: Change, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Patch & Vulnerability ManagementMonitor and report SLA/KPI performance, system health, and operational risksEngage stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors) for delivery, maintenance, and escalation handlingLead audits, DR/BCP exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives
Configuration & Asset GovernanceMaintain DCIM accuracy for equipment lifecycle and movementsEnsure compliance across configuration, access, backup, logging, and inventory processesTrack system obsolescence and provide reporting to stakeholders
Incident & Risk ManagementLead incident investigations and resolutionConduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Security & ComplianceOversee security systems (e.g. access control, surveillance) and ensure timely patchingDrive vulnerability management and security reviewsEnsure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirementsSupport audits, gap remediation, and governance reporting
RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 8 years of relevant experience in data center or critical infrastructure operationsStrong technical knowledge of UPS, STS, DRUPS / CRAH/CRAC systems / PDUs, chillers, BMS, fire protection systemsProven experience in stakeholder management and service delivery leadershipStrong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate in structured, compliance-driven environments
