Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and installing products at customer locations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This role requires strong driving skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience with various equipment used in installation and delivery. Training is MANDATORY!! You will need 6 days of training in connecting ice makers, Installing washer/dryers, refrigerators, gas dryers, removing refrigerator doors to fit into home.. removing customers HOME DOORS to fit appliances without damage to home and merchandise. Training pay for 6 days will be a $100 payout with your week in hole added.
Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle for deliveries and installations.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Perform installations of products at customer sites, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and installations, including route driving logs.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed for moving products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a delivery driver or courier role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is advantageous.
- Proven ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Experience in heavy lifting and moving items safely is essential.
- Strong customer service skills are required to enhance client satisfaction during installations.
