Experience/Skills Required

• 5 years’ experience providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist

Educational Requirement

• DDS or DMD Degree
• Active Florida Dental License
• Current/Active DEA
• Current CPR Certification
