About the role


To lead and manage the Engineering Services function, ensuring efficient design, maintenance, and optimisation of plant infrastructure, utilities, and support systems. The role focuses on delivering reliable engineering solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies for engineering services to support plant operations and business objectives.
  • Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of utilities such as HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental norms.
  • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for engineering assets.
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across engineering systems.
  • Manage capital projects related to plant infrastructure and utilities, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering services.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for engineering-related issues.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for engineering services and projects.
  • Train and mentor engineering teams on best practices and emerging technologies


Who are we looking for?


Education:


  • B.E (Mechanical)


Experience:


  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in engineering services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of plant utilities, infrastructure systems, and regulatory compliance. Experience in managing large-scale projects and maintenance programs.
