About the Role

Fashion Brand is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support a fast-paced design and technical design team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute across a variety of functions, and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a creative team.

This person will assist with administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks that help keep the team running smoothly. The role is well suited for someone who is dependable, curious, collaborative, and excited to grow in a creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support through meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, and milestone tracking
• Assist with ordering reference samples, office supplies, meals, and other team materials
• Support internal wear tests by organizing participant lists, preparing garments, tracking shipments, and gathering feedback
• Help coordinate team events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics
• Maintain templates, trackers, and shared calendars to keep information organized and accessible
• Prepare meeting materials, organize samples, set up rooms, submit expenses, and support day-to-day team needs

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
• Internship or relevant school experience is welcome
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
• A proactive, helpful attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, or willingness to learn
• Interest in fashion, product creation, or a creative environment is a plus

Location & Schedule

This is a part-time, onsite role based in El Segundo, California. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 8 hours per day.
