Devops Automation Engineer | 5 to 8 Years | Cloud Erp Solution for Supply Chain Management | Bengaluru

What you need:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer or DevOps Engineer, with strong exposure to 1GP & 2GP package development.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CLI (sfdx/sf) and Metadata API for automation and deployments.
• Solid experience in building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions for Salesforce releases.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Apex, Bash, Python, or Node.js for automation workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce packaging concepts—namespaces, versioning, and the License Management App (LMA).
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including LWC, security models, APIs, and metadata components.

What you would do:

• Build and maintain automated pipelines for 1GP & 2GP package creation, deployment, versioning, and testing.
• Design and implement CI/CD workflows to streamline Salesforce development and release cycles.
• Automate validation, testing, and error handling to ensure high-quality, reliable deployments.
• Manage version control (Git) for metadata, scripts, and configurations to enable effective collaboration.
• Drive migration strategies from 1GP to 2GP and recommend best practices for modern packaging approaches.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams, whilst documenting processes and supporting smooth releases.
