Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Website Analytics & Development Advisory

  • Leverage Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Translate data insights into actionable development recommendations, working with the web/product team to implement UI/UX and content improvements that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular performance audits and present findings with clear, prioritized action plans.

2. Marketing Automation

  • Design, build, and manage automation workflows using tools such as Claude Code and/or n8n to streamline marketing operations, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
  • Identify repetitive manual processes across the marketing function and replace them with scalable, automated solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize automation pipelines to ensure reliability and alignment with campaign goals.

3. Bid & Tender Participation

  • Manage and coordinate Ulatus's participation in bids, RFPs, and tenders across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and business development stakeholders to prepare compelling bid submissions.
  • Track bid pipelines, deadlines, and outcomes to continuously improve win rates.

4. SEO Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end SEO strategy for Ulatus's web properties, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
  • Monitor organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and drive continuous improvement in rankings and organic traffic.

5. PPC Ownership

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid search and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms).
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently, with a focus on maximizing ROI, lowering CPA, and improving Quality Scores.
  • Produce regular performance reports and iterate on campaign strategy based on data.

6. Strategic Execution

  • Participate actively in the formulation and execution of marketing strategy alongside senior leadership.
  • Bring data-backed insights and market intelligence to strategic discussions.
  • Translate strategic decisions into operational marketing plans with clear timelines, KPIs, and ownership.

7. International Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Ulatus's international staff across global offices to execute region-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and campaign strategy across markets while allowing for local customization.
  • Coordinate campaign rollouts, localization of marketing assets, and regional performance tracking.

8. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Act as the marketing liaison for Sales, Business Development, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business priorities and ensure timely delivery of marketing support.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide marketing expertise to inform broader business decisions.


Required Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or ownership capacity.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Proven track record managing SEO and PPC programs independently with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building or managing marketing automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar; familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code is a plus).
  • Experience in bid/RFP management or a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and with international, multicultural teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the B2B services sales cycle and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
