Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, overseeing social media marketing campaigns, managing lead generation efforts, and analyzing web traffic data to optimize marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
. Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients.
. Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
. Handle lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
. Manage social media marketing strategies for multiple brands.
. Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and campaign ideas.
. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.
. Optimize campaigns based on data insights and ROI performance.
. Manage SEO and website traffic strategies.
. Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to clients.
. Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
. Plan content strategies and campaign calendars for social media.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media marketing.
- Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for better performance.
- Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts is an added advantage.
