The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our online acquisition engine — from paid campaigns to SEO-driven organic growth — and scale it aggressively. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the founders.
What you will own
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube — owning CPL, ROAS, and CAC targets
• Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets across all performance channels
• Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to enrollment — run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and flows
• Work with the SEO and content team to drive organic traffic, clicks, and enrollments
• Build and manage lead nurturing workflows via WhatsApp, email, and remarketing
• Plan campaign calendars around exam-season demand windows (especially March–May)
• Maintain real-time marketing dashboards and present weekly insights to leadership
• Partner closely with the sales and counselling team to improve lead quality and enrollment conversion
What We are looking for
Must-have:
• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in edtech or D2C
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with GA4, GSC, and marketing dashboards
• Experience managing ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets
• Proven track record of reducing CPL while scaling lead volume
Good to have:
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools (Interakt, Wati, or similar)
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content strategy
• Prior experience at an exam-prep or edtech brand
• Understanding of student purchase journeys and seasonal demand patterns

• Cost per lead (CPL) — month-over-month improvement
• Return on ad spend (ROAS) across paid channels
• Monthly enrollments sourced from digital marketing
• Organic share of total leads generated
