You won’t just execute plans — you will help craft them, optimize them, and ensure they deliver real impact.
What You Will Do
As a Digital Planner, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital campaign strategies end-to-end. Your responsibilities include:Develop strategic digital media plans based on client objectives and campaign goalsCreate media recommendations, digital proposals, and performance-driven strategiesManage, optimize, and review campaign performance across multiple platformsMonitor campaign results and provide actionable insights and reportsPrepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to internal teams and clientsCollaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners/vendorsRespond to client briefs and requests in a timely, professional mannerCoordinate the execution of digital media plans across all channelsManage and control campaign budgets efficientlyStay updated with market trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in digital planning, preferably in a digital agencyStrong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong time management skillsAble to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and skillsCurious mindset with a strong interest in trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior
