Responsibilities:

• Assist and redirect Individuals with their goals
• Understand Individual isp, understand and manage behaviors
• Driving Individuals to various activities and appointments
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

• Previous experience as a DSP
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with Individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
