We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and helping individuals reach their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those they serve.
Responsibilities:
- DSP -SATURDAY/SUNDAY /TUESDAY
- Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing.
- Monitor the health and safety of individuals.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other team members.
- Implement behavior plans and other strategies to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Provide transportation for individuals to appointments and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected hours: 32 hours per week
Schedule:
- 12-hr shifts and 8 hr shifts
- 830 AM- 830 PM / 1230 AM- 830 AM
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY /TUESDAY
