Ideal Candidate Profile CA with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience . Currently serving as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or Head of Finance . Experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, medtech, or deep-tech startups .

Strong expertise in fundraising, financial modelling, and investor relations . Exposure to venture-funded or high-growth organizations is highly preferred. Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and boards.
