They are a successful, growing company that is ready to take the next step. They want a highly analytical finance professional that will help them in performing detailed analysis of financial and operational data. This role is a mix of FP&A and general accounting. It is a terrific opportunity to get into a company on the verge of substantial growth. This is a permanent position offering a salary of $150,000 to $170,000 plus bonus and an equity stake!

You will be in charge of:

• Create and manage dynamic and scalable financial models, developing compelling outputs that track business metrics and performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Provide integral support on key team deliverables, including annual and quarterly budgeting, annual operating and strategic planning, financial re-projections, and both internal and external business reporting
• Be responsible for collaborating closely with the accounting team, reviewing financials for accuracy
• Collaborate with key partners to identify opportunities and improve business results by developing financial models for a range of potential strategic and operational cases
• Use your financial acumen and Excel expertise to develop and deliver thoughtful reporting to the CFO
• Prepare and participate in financial presentations of results and forecasts to executive leadership

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of finance experience, a background in consumer products is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills mandatory
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with no direct staff
• Strategic thinking ability to examine data, identify issues/trends and recommend solutions
• Good communicator and comfortable presenting to executives
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
