Large medical oncology practice has an immediate opening for its Director of Finance.

Responsible for all areas of financial accounting and fiscal management; including but not limited to:

• Annual and quarterly budgeting and reconciliation.
• Advises executive leadership by providing strategic financial insights in support of organizational goals.
• Maintaining general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable.
• Lead internal and external audit activities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and other financial reports.
• Analyze and assist in the development and maintenance of financial metrics.
• Provides compensation assessment for staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

3 years’ experience in fiscal management, with healthcare operations experience preferred.

Expertise in Excel and financial management systems.

Organizational skills imperative.

Excellent communication skills; maintains a positive attitude and proactive approach.
