RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and oversee the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Biomed program, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and facility needs Establish strategic direction through short- and long-term planning, technology assessment, and medical device lifecycle management Oversee medical equipment integration, risk analysis, cybersecurity coordination, and patient safety initiatives related to clinical technology Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and safety requirements governing healthcare technology management Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure program performance, reliability, cost control, and service quality Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and fiduciary responsibilities related to HTM operations Create and execute customized service delivery models tailored to assigned facilities Lead, develop, and motivate HTM teams; foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical stakeholders to strengthen facility and vendor partnerships Provide required reporting, documentation, and performance analysis to senior leadership QUALIFICATIONS: Technical school certification or associate's degree required 5-8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology management, biomedical engineering, or clinical engineering Prior healthcare environment experience strongly preferred Proven leadership experience within HTM / Biomed programs Strong knowledge of medical equipment management, compliance, and risk mitigation Experience with CMMS platforms and asset management systems BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Direct Hire Paid Time Off 401(K) matching Gym membership discounts Employee Assistance Program Salary: $110K-$140K annually Ask for: Roger Armenta Job Id: 25904 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
