The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with multiple teams, providing leadership to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic financial environment. Lead the strategic planning and execution of sales programs to meet corporate targets. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to forecast sales performance. Oversee the budgeting and fiscal management within the sales department. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the sales teams. Report metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
