We are seeking a high-level leader to step into a District Manager / Executive Director role within Healthcare Technology Management (HTM). This position will oversee multi-site hospital operations, lead clinical engineering teams, and drive performance, compliance, and growth across a large healthcare system.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with strong experience in hospital systems, clinical engineering, and healthcare technology operations.

Job Description
  • Lead and oversee Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) operations across multiple hospital sites

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and maintain strong executive relationships

  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring all services are predictable, reliable, and compliant

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to support business growth and performance

  • Lead, mentor, and develop management teams and support succession planning initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and internal policies

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and identify risks and opportunities within the account

  • Enforce safety programs and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

  • Evaluate performance metrics and provide reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Maintain awareness of cybersecurity risks and support initiatives to protect healthcare systems



RequirementsRequired Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering

  • Experience working within a large healthcare system or hospital network

  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations and teams

  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, regulations, and operational standards

  • Experience with financial oversight, budgeting, and business performance management

  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships

Preferred Experience
  • Experience within academic health systems or large hospital networks

  • Background in Clinical Engineering or Biomedical Equipment Management

  • Familiarity with CMMS, ERP systems, or healthcare technology platforms

  • Certifications such as CHTM, CCE, or CBET

  • Experience leading large, diverse teams across multiple locations

  • Exposure to healthcare cybersecurity challenges and solutions
