Responsibilities

• Online order fulfillment (website orders)
• Packing & shipping orders
• Customer support (email, WhatsApp, basic queries)
• Basic Excel work & data entry
• WhatsApp communication with customers/vendors
• Social media management (basic handling)
• Cold Calling Sales

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge
• Proficiency in English (reading & writing)
• Familiarity with Excel, google sheets
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Sales (Communication skills)

Compensation- 15k to 20k (Depending on profile)
