Electrical Design Engineer

Full Job Description-

• Design and develop electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), cable schedules, terminal diagrams, and reports
• Develop control panel layouts, mounting plate layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Work with industrial components, including PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors, and field instrumentation
• Should be able to create SLDs, perform load calculation, and switchgear sizing.
• Generate accurate manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
• Ensure all designs comply with IEC, UL, and CE electrical standards
• Collaborate with automation engineers and panel builders for smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
• EPLAN Electric P8 (nice-to-have)
• Solid understanding of control panel design and industrial automation systems
• Experience working with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar platforms)
• Good knowledge of terminal blocks, cable routing, and panel wiring practices
