Electrical Engineer

Job Description – Sr. Electrical Engineer (EPC/ Construction)

Experience - 3 to 5+ Years

Project Location: Amritsar, Punjab, India - (Candidate must be willing to work full-time at site locations)

Salary - Up to ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 per month (Gross)

(Salary will be commensurate with experience and project exposure)

Role & Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of electrical installation works at project sites as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Hands-on experience in:
• LT & HT Power Cable Laying
• Transformer installation
• Cable Tray installation
• HT / LT Panel erection & termination
• Conduit installation
• Lighting & Small Power works
• Earthing & Lightning Protection System
• Coordination with:
• Client / PMC team for interface activities
• Consultants, PMC and clients for inspections & approvals
• Sub-contractors and site technicians
• Planning and execution of daily and weekly site activities to meet project milestones.
• Monitoring site manpower productivity and material utilization.
• Ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications .
• Preparation and verification of:
• Site measurements
• Daily progress reports (DPR)
• Material reconciliation statements
• Ensuring adherence to site safety norms and quality standards .
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Handling client queries and closing site-level technical issues.

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial & commercial electrical systems
• Ability to independently handle site execution
• Good understanding of drawings, layouts, and schematics
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Practical problem-solving ability at site
• Willingness to work in challenging site conditions

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate currently working or previously worked on industrial projects
• Experience in Electrical EPC / Turnkey construction companies
• Ready for long-term site deployment in Gujarat & Maharashtra
• Strong execution mindset with hands-on exposure.

Qualification:

• B. Tech / BE – Electrical Engineering OR Diploma – Electrical Engineering
