Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

Along with a newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility, we are expanding into another 180,000 sq. foot facility that will foster our continued growth as we continue to be recognized as the undisputed leaders in our industry.

As a result of our expansion, we are looking for an Electrical Engineering. This position offers someone starting in an engineering career many opportunities to develop professionally within our Electrical Engineering team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Electrical Engineering team and Production to produce Standard Work Practices.
• Check accuracy of prefabricated material kits delivered to Production.
• Regularly work with testing team to gather information on frequent installation issues and questions on proper installation.
• Verify accuracy of vendor invoicing for project material.
• Track/record tool data, including repair tracking and logging tool performance issues.
• Procure tools and equipment as needed for assembly, testing, and field service.
