Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and monitoring, including Installation and commissioning, evaluating systems’ safety, reliability, and performance for the Greenfield Project.

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary :

• Preparation of a list of Electrical related Requirements for a new project.
• Preparation of BOQ, Electrical Equipment is Specs with Consultant, and get an offer from different vendors by floating a tender.
• Preparation of SLD with a consultant for the distribution system.
• Ordering of Electrical Equipment, with a dispatch timeline and follow-up purchase for the delivery of Electrical equipment.
• Inspecting Ordering Equipment’s and getting delivery after given clearance.
• Preparation of the electrical installation and commissioning schedule, and execution to be done as per the schedule.
• Installing, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
• Liasoning with Govt officers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.
• Designing and improving electrical Equipment’s and systems.
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly DPR and Update time to time.
• Documentation & Record maintaining.

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

• Sound knowledge in below Electrical Electronics & instrumentation systems.
• Electrical Equipment, ’s Like Transformers, generators, HV/ LV Switchgears, HV/ LV Motors, PCC, MCC Panels
• Reading Experience for SLD, Control Drawings, and GA.
• Knowing about the distribution system, substations, HV/ LV cables, standards with current carrying capacity, and sizing.
• Execution of variable electrical activity with multiple vendors without any minor safety violations.
• Siemens PLC (Siemens PLC S7300, S7400, S71200, and S71500) using Profibus and Profinet , Modbus communication
• Hands-on experience in Pneumatic Circuits and Hydraulic Circuits.
• Knowledge i n AB.PLC and good programming knowledge in RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, using Ethernet communication.
• Siemens manager and TIA Portal, Parker HMI, and Rockwell Automation HMI.
• Experience and troubleshooting in Sinamics G120, G120C, G130 & G150 drives.
