Electrical Maintenance Sr.engineer

We are looking for the suitable candidate for the Electrical Engineering role. The candidates from the Fabrication Industry would be preferred.

Job Description:- Mechanical Maintenance

a) Planning Responsibilities:

v Familiar with SAP for Maintenance Module.

v Design, modification, and its planning.

v CNC machines system upgradation

v Retrofitting of machines.

v In house modification of welding machines.

v Indigenous spares development the critical / imported machines to have cost saving.

v Maintaining Calibration, Preventive and Planned Maintenance record of all machines.

v Maintain MTBF, MTTR.

v Maintain Department Process Parameter.

v Follow parameters and maintain all the records as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015

b) Procurement Responsibilities:

v Raising PR (Purchase Request), for required items /element.

v Taking regular follow up of those items and plan the work accordingly.

v Concentrate e on cost reduction by developing imported products locally, by changing simple design, bargaining on cost etc

c) Administrative Responsibilities:

v Proper allotment of work to workmen.

v Getting work done from subordinates.

v Giving proper guidance to all reporters.

v Co-ordination with other shop supervisors, managers.

v Arranging Technical and Non technical training programs for them.

d) Technical Responsibilities:

v Best analysis and troubleshooting of all types of machines to identify the problem area.

v Preventive, Predictive, Planned, Breakdown Maintenance of all mentioned machines.

v Maintenance of all types of fabrication shop welding machines i.e. MIG, TIG. SAW, ESSC, CO2,

v Maintenance of CNC and Conventional, VTL, Drilling (DHD), milling, boring. lathe, gas cutting

v Maintenance of EOT CRANES capacity up to 100 M Ton.

v Maintenance of all Hydraulic Power Pack and Jacks up to

v Maintenance of all Screw Type and Reciprocating Air Compressor.

v Maintenance of all Tank Rotators (Rollers), Screw Type and Reciprocating Air Compressor.

v Maintenance of all Column and Booms, Tank Positioner or Turn Tables.

v Maintaining breakdown time of machines within 1-2 %

v Focus on Energy / Power Saving through some modification
