Hiring: Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Location: Jaipur

Industry: EPC – Water Supply Projects / ESCO Projects

We are looking for a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in EPC projects, specifically in Water Supply Projects and/or ESCO / Energy Efficiency Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling electro-mechanical aspects of water supply EPC projects, including pumps, motors, panels, pumping systems, electromechanical equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M support.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, equipment requirements, and project documents.
• Coordinating with project sites, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
• Monitoring procurement-related technical requirements, vendor evaluation, inspections, and compliance of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Supporting execution, troubleshooting, quality control, progress monitoring, and technical coordination across project stages.
• Assisting in ESCO / energy efficiency projects, including project coordination, equipment understanding, and implementation support.
• Preparing reports, documentation, technical submissions, and management updates.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in EPC sector is mandatory.
• Experience in Water Supply Projects, pumping stations, utility infrastructure, or ESCO Projects will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of pumps, motors, panels, electromechanical systems, installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with head office and site teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in infrastructure / utility / government EPC projects.
• Exposure to project coordination from corporate office level will be an added advantage.
