Lead - Data Engineering- Databricks

We are looking for a high-impact Data Delivery Lead to drive large-scale data engineering, migration, and platform modernization programs with a strong focus on Databricks.

This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who can own execution end-to-end while working closely with client stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of data programs (engineering, migration, BI)

Drive Databricks-based data platform implementations

Manage cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)

Own delivery governance, SLAs, timelines, and quality

Lead data migration programs (cloud-to-cloud / legacy modernization)

Oversee data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and lakehouse architectures

Collaborate with business teams to deliver insights and reporting (Power BI/Tableau

Must-Have Skills

15+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics Delivery

5+ years in delivery leadership roles

4+ years hands-on Databricks experience

Notebooks, Workflows, Delta Lake

Strong in:

PySpark / SQL

ETL/ELT pipelines

Data migration & modernization

Experience with:

Lakehouse / Data Warehouse architectures

Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Exposure to:

Airflow / Databricks Workflows

CI/CD, Git
