Experience: 12+ years of sales experience in IT infrastructure
Qualification: MBA preferred
About the role: As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through innovative IT solutions. You will manage enterprise sales opportunities, build and sustain client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Responsibilities:
- Sales Opportunity Management: Identify, manage a team of sellers, and close enterprise sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Solution Selling Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience in selling IT solutions, including:
- Data Center Modernization
- Networking
- Cybersecurity
- Digital Workplace (DWP)
- MSO (Manage Services)
- Executive Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level Executives in large enterprise accounts.
- Technical Coordination: Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market dynamics to offer innovative solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure trends and market requirements.
- Skills:
- Strong experience in acquiring new enterprise clients (new logo hunting) is mandatory.
- Experience in closing enterprise deals.
- Own complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ sales targets.
- Hands-on experience in selling cybersecurity solutions preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- The role requires travel within the assigned region only.
