Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEntry-Level Recruiter The Entry-Level Recruiter supports the hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with key recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in talent acquisition, build strong communication skills, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. This is a Contract position located near Rosemont IL. Key Responsibilities
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Assist with posting job openings across company platforms and external job boards.
- Review incoming resumes and screen candidates to assess basic qualifications and job fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate interest, availability, and salary expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support hiring managers by providing updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress.
- Help identify new sourcing channels such as job fairs, social media, and campus recruiting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Interest in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Comfortable speaking with job seekers via phone, email, and video.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.

- Pay $20-$26 an hour depending on experience
